In AP, for orders, we need a means to indicate whether or not an order has been placed / actioned, without this re-triggering workflows. This field also needs to be easily visible in the dashboard grid. Otherwise, orders can end up not being placed until it is too late. Understand Notes can be kind of used for this purpose but it is not easily visible in the dashboard.
