We are looking into how current students' parents could update us with their current medical data.
Our parents have 'Medical Centre' menu displayed on their Parent Portal now, while they can only see 'Parental Consent' and 'Medication' sections (as attached screenshot from my test account), which have no data (as we use another system to record these data).
However, we would like to suggest the following are added for 'Medical Centre' menu on the Portal - as a separate section showing on the left, such as 'Update Medical Data':
- Upload field for parents to submit any new medical documents for their child
- Question field(s) for parents to type their answer
Would you please kindly consider this idea, and also share with us in case similar update is already being looked into?
