Staff have asked me if they can see the pupil's photo at the time they are writing their academic reports. This is very useful and was something they had in their previous MIS

Thank you for your suggestion. This functionality already exists. In Reports Wizard, please click the grid icon I have highlighted in the screenshot attached - this displays the options panel on the side of the screen which includes basic information about the student, including their photo if there is one in the system.
