Enable Conversations by Default when Inbound Email is Setup

We have enabled the functionality to track email conversations between teachers and parents and store them in iSAMS.

To complete this step, we have setup inbound emails and in many cases, we now have a log of conversations in iSAMS that staff can refer to. We do have exceptions to this rule, mainly because staff members do not tick the box that says "Enable Conversation" (see attachment).

We are obviously communicating with our staff to let them know about this requirement, but teachers are busy, and forget. Plus, because it is hidden, it does not really help them to remember the need to tick it.

I would like iSAMS to make a change to the system to tick this box by default when inbound communication setup has been completed by a school. Or, as an alternative, allow us to tick this box by default in the settings.
