It would be really useful to be able to add a staff training course for a group of staff at once rather than going into each staff member individually and adding the exact same course and all its info (start date, end date, course institution) over and over again. This would save time when new mandatory training courses are completed by all staff members at the start of a school year/term at the same time. It would be good to have this feature within the existing 'group edit' option on HR Manager if the 'Development and Appraisal' section was just added as an optional field in the 'Group Edit Options'.
