I have looked through the system and unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any form we can provide for you to send out to parents or new starters.
Unfortunately this isn't possible, however I can see how this could be useful and encourage you to submit an idea to our iSAMS Ideas Portal. This area is regularly reviewed by our Product and Development teams, any ideas suggested are reviewed/implemented based on demand & feasibility.
