Currently if you want to view a fee invoice on a customer you have to download the attachments, why is there not a preview box. It would make it quicker to answer queries and reduce potential GDPR issues with desktops being filled with downloads. (Also a massive issue on isams, especially in HR manager when viewing documents). On Document Manager there is a huge comments box that would be much better as a preview box.
